I went to turn my car on after timing it and making sure everything was perfect the belt had good tension. So I went to start it and I saw oil was getting on my timing belt. I looked in the wheel well and I think its coming from the oil pump seal or the crank seal does anyone know what it could be or is it my oil pump

You may not have tightened the bolts down all the way when you were timing your car. conversely, you may have tightened something too much and cracked the oil pump housing. I recommend you pull the cover and look carefully. You will be able to see very easily where it was coming from.

Tensioner bolts penetrate the block and can leak, Oil pump and crank seal can too, as can you cam shaft seals. I hate to say it, but I found that taking the belt off and using a drill to spin the oil pump with the cover off was the easiest way to find and fix any leaks. A few minutes spinning the pump should point out any significant leaks quite easily.
