So I know where my leak is coming from but I don't know what the part is call or what gasket it is. It's coming from where the oil filter screws on but the oil filter is tight. I took a picture.

Engine oil cooler o-ring, actually. It is between the oil cooler and the oil filter housing bracket. The part number is MD620908 so you don't have to put up with the parts people.

So I went to the dealer and asked for that part by name and part number. They couldn't find it. So they printed this picture out and gave to me.

Can someone tell me what number the engine oil cooler o-rings is?

I don't see it on there, honestly. It's the one that is highlighted below. Was this at a Mitsubishi dealer? Have you considered ordering the part online?

No, it was a Chrysler dealer. We don't have a Mitsubishi dealer here in Myrtle Beach.

Even Chrysler parts catalogs I have on hand list that part for the Talon, so I don't know what to tell you about that dealership. I guess you're left with ordering over the phone elsewhere or online and I guarantee that is the correct part number: MD620908.
