Could be your valve cover gasket. I would wipe it clean all around the leak, start the car and see if it is leaking where the V/C and head come together and go from there.
Mike

make sure all your bolts on the valve cover gasket are nice and tight. dont over tighten them though. enough that u cant turn with wrench or socket with strain. wipe the place were the oil is and drive your car around the block or keep it running for a while and see were its leaking. my quess is the valve cover gasket. my leaked,. i would drive it around fisrt cause mine didnt leak unless it was movig. tighthing the bolts might hwlp or you need to buy new one. they dont make any seal liquid for that, i looked at autozone and pep boys. and even if they didnt, propably putting that in your oil would make the car sloshy a little mixing teh two. try that and send info on what happens

 OK i got a new gasket put all the bolts on tight and i am still dripping oil and the engine smells like alot of oil and it is always dripping after i take a drive i have a breather on the valve cover and when i look at that i always see oil on the bottom of it could that spit so much oil while the car is moving that it will cause oil to drip all the way to the floor if so how can i fix that i have a 3 in intake so i cant put a hose back to the turbo how it came stock

I was having a lot of oil coming from the valve cover. I changed the gasket and didn't help.

So, I said F@#$ it. I took it off, clean it. Apply gasket seal all around the valve cover and CAS. reused the new valve cover gasket. and I haven't see any more oil since that. (from the valve cover, because it is a DSM. it always will have oil leaks... :D )

okbut what should i do with the oil coming out of the breather there is no oil coming from around the valve cover thats fne

well, get a long hose, and make sure that the end of the hose is far away from the engine bay. for example under the tranny or the wheel fender.....

Ohhh and make sure that the PCV valve is in good working condition.....

and how can i know if the pvc valve is good and when i put the hose on the valve cover and put it away from the engine do i just let it drain out to the floor or do i put a screw at the end of it

i have/ had oil coming up through the bolts on my valve cover whenever boost kicked in so i put some aviation form a gasket on the bolt threads and it almost stopped all of it i still get just a little bit though.

yea thats what i was thinking of doing ig getting a catch can from buschur its $50 and i belieave it should fix my problem hopefully thank you everyone for all your help

I have a catch can as well. If you hook a hose up to the valve cover then into the catch can, then the outlet side of the catch can you hook up to your intake pipe. That will help to suck some of the pressure out of your crankcase, possibly reducing your problem. Also, i would pic up a new PCV valve if you haven't replaced it. They are cheap and cause your problems when they don't work right anymore. DO buy an OEM one at the dealer thou. The autozone, etc. ones have been said not to always work so good.

Thanks alot i think my pvc is good but everyone has told me to replace it so it sounds like i should i'll be getting that in the coming weeks and the bushur catch can only has 1 inlet since i have a 3in intake pipe i dont have a place for that second hose to go so the one he sells is my best bet for my kind of setup. Do you think that will be a problem??

I had a similar problem as well. I found out the breather was causing too much positive crank case pressure, despite a new PCV. Couldn't understand where the oil was coming from or why. I decided to remove the breather, and when I did there was a release of air that followed. I went back to running the tube back into the intake and haven't had a problem since. So you might want to consider running the car for a while without the breather and seeing if that makes a difference or not.

I get exactly what you saying but understand id ont have a stock intake for the turbo i have an upgraded 3" intake and it has no hole for a hose to connect to it and wont taht get oil all over the turbo and isnt that bad

your valve cover could be cracked it dont take muck to do it. and check the oil galley plugs in the head around the area thats leaking:sneaky:

its not my valve cover i know how that oil problem canbe i have cracked one once before and also where can i find the "oil gallery plugs" i have never herd of that
