My brother and I just put a 16g on his car. It's a '91 GSX. Everything appears to be done right all the oil lines are good and hooked up right, but for some reason oil gets all down in the intercooler and piping and the intake... any ideas?

its running through the intake and its inside the intercooler and IC piping I also forgot to mention more important stuff. The motor got rebuilt about a month and a half ago and he already blew 2 turbo's.. he had a 14b on it that was rebuilt and a friend accidentally turned the boost up way too high and it went bye bye. Then he put the 13a back on it, its automatic by the way, and it sucked up a piece of rubber cupler then that one went. they both had about the mile of shaft play and the 13a would only hit one pound and that caused there to be oil everywhere think it may be just leftover from those turbos? it just seems like more keeps coming out

i wouldnt get a filterless can a friend of mine did that when he had a 16 and it smoke so he thought the turbo was bad bought a brand new 35r and it still smoked he changed the can and it stoped smoking

most cars without a catch can that are turbo'd get oil in the icp and intercooler. i know mine does, you just have to clean it out every so often, but yea a catch can should solve that problem

Yea i would say that the turbo oil seals are starting to go. But, does the car burn oil or can you see any oil burning. If not, it could be the pcv is clogged and needs replaced.
