T 25. Sounds like you need to make a choice. Rebuild the T 25 (pm jusmx141). Find a used T 25. Or upgrade to somthing like a 16g. All depends on what your goals are.

Best advice is pick up a manual at a local shop for $30 read through it so your comfortable, and use google to watch it be done. Only you can determine if its difficult. I can tell you its easy but ive been a mechanic for 11yrs, I have no clue what you can or can not do.

Would a 14b or 16G be better. I am not ready to upgrade my fuel system yet. I want a turbo that is going to be a direct bolt on. I just want to put it in and have it work as if stock. I am not familiar with the different turbos. Which one would work best with a stock set up?

I put a 14B on my car when it was still stock, I only had a turbo back exhaust, no other mods.

Be careful buying a used turbo though. Every used turbo I've bought has been sold with the claim of no shaft play but that was far from the truth.

Keep in mind you'll either need an install kit or have to piece one together to install the 14b.

+1 to this!

You'll need a new oil feed and a j-pipe at the very least but I garrentte that you'll be happy you did the swap.
