Stuck Bolts in o2 housing

I had to grind the nut/stud off of mine. Then, double nut the stud once you get the othe bolts and housing off to remove the stud and replace with a bolt. Worked great for me.

You can heat it up and try to break it loose!
As when metal heats up it will expand and contract!!
Its a bolt that was the hot side of the turbo which means its been through some heat!

If you have a hand tourch just light it and hold it on the bolt for a bit moving it around the bolt to insure the hold thing heats up!
Then loosen it!

Heating a bolt to breaking it loose works almost every time for me!
Try it im sure it will work!
Just be care not to burn yourself or anything else in you bay!

+1 I lost faith in PB blaster and there is this stuff from Pennzoil (not sure of the name) that broke it right free after we heated it a bit.
