oil gone

I have a major oil problem. 2 weeks ago I noticed it was low, so I tossed in 2 quarts of 10w30. 2 days ago the oil light on my dash came on, and ever since if I make a sharp turn or up or down a hill it will go on for 2-4 seconds then off. I checked the oil again tonight and it was bone dry. I don't think I have a leak, but it has been raining for the last few days so I cant check. Last week a friend said I had blue smoke, which means burning from my searches. What should I do to fix?

Rings or valve stem seals bad. Do compression check (than add tablespoon oil in spark plug hole and test again to see if compression increases - if so bad rings).
