I just had my head rebuilt, ported and polished intake and exhaust runners. I am about to reinstall the old oil galley plugs (small allen key plugs) with teflon tape wrapping. Do I have to tighten them down to any specific torque specs or just hand tight plus some?? Also, other than port match the intake manifold, is there any other things I should do to match the port and polish (stock valve size but swirl but sodium filled exhaust valves, new guides, seals and retainers)??

You shouldnt polish the intake runners but do so to the exhaust. Just use a allen wrench when tightening the plugs they are pipe thread think so you dont have to go crazy on them just make sure you get them all.

So noted. Thank you for the info
