Resolved Oil filter housing coolant pipe 2g

Hi!
has anyone re-routed metal coolant pipe in 2g that goes to oil filter housing?
Can you replace this oem pipe without taking taking out bolts that hold turbo in exhaust manifold?
I don't know would it be bad idea to run coolant pipe next to oil pan to other side and then straight up to thermostat...

I was just "pissed off" thats it in so tight spot. Im running 16g with it and it fits there ok but i would like to keep things easy to maintenance... I did some research and ordered evo 3 ofh and gonna aircool oil to get some space and not gonna have to worry watercooled ofh no more.
