Im getting a steady drip of coolant from the oil filter housing. I did a search and what I got was maybe a ring or an overtightened oil filter. The filter hasn't been replaced lately and it just started randomly when I started the car this morning, got in to notice the temperature gauge was all the way up. Any ideas?

Edit: Checked all the lines and made sure they were tight. No coolant trails or anything like that. Seems to be coming from the upper nipple on the oil filter housing maybe? (I bought the oil filter housing brand new about 11 months ago)
