my oil feed line was leaking from the head so i decided to tighten it down a little bit well with a little turn it stripped the threads out of the head.. is there any way i can possbly fix this without buying a new head??? let me know

would it work if i bought the relocation kit for the turbo oil feed line down to the oil filter houseing then plugged up that hole on the head??

ill bump this cause i just did the same thing today ..

im rather pissed off .. but i konw i can plug it its just getting it plugged and re-routed.

Ill prolly have someone weld mine shut then ill do the re-route to the oil filter housing.

Anyone with suggestions hit us up.!!

Luke  :dsm:

That would be my suggestion as well, plug it and use the oil filter feed location.

or you could try to re-tap it, I dont know if that will work but its worth a shot.

other option is to drill it, tap it, and helicoil it.

Either way it will cost you a few, If it were me I would just plug it and buy RRE's oil filter line kit. It's a NICE piece. :thumb:
If i remember right my RRE oil feed to filter was like 65$ shipped.

either plug it and relocated or tap it to a larger size and use a diff size banjo fitting and run stainless from there.

so probably the best bet would be to relocated.

it's always good to have legit reasons to 'upgrade' your car.

Go with the relocation.
always better to get Cleaner cooler Higher PSI oil for your turbo
