Oil Feed Leak.

Oil Feed line coming off the head is leaking oil where it connects to the turbo...the top bolt. Bad O ring?

get a new crush washer for it and tighten it back down should fix it

When you change the o-ring change bothends just for some insurance...

And make sure you dont overtighten the banjo bolts. They will break easily if you are not carefull. With new crush washers and factoy torque specs, you leak should be cured.
