i bought this 1995 gsx not to long ago and noticed it is pushing a little oil from the turbo (it is a 16g) My balance shaft has been removed and oil pressure off of the oil filter housing will max my gauge out at 120.... thats where my oil feed line comes from. Was told i need to feed off the head, i need to know where to get the banjo with a -4 fitting and what size the threads are in the head.

Many of the vendors sell a feed line kit. I just purchased one from JNZ tuning during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. I'd recommend checking out ExtremePsi or STM or JNZ. I have bought from all three of those vendors and have no complaints with any of them.

The line I got from JNZ included the line, banjo bolts, and copper crush washers. I'm also using mine on a MHI evo III 16g and everything looks like it will fit great. :thumb:

For the high oil pressure, I'd look into porting the relief valve hole. It is pretty much needed when deleting the balance shafts and is fairly easy to do.

Should be 12mm x 1.25 on the inlet of the CHRA.
10mm x 1.25 inlet at the head.
-4AN is common line size and can be found on the sites previously stated. Be sure to use new copper crush washers too.

the 10mm x 1.25 inlet at the head is the plug on the left side of the head with the copper washer correct?

I would suggest you listen to Justin. OFH .075" feed, it's there. It just makes sense!
