i just bought an oem oil cap but it still leaked it shouldnt be leaking o and i forgot to mention y oil pressure is on 0 but its coming out like i have a lot of oil pressure this is out of my hands i think im bringing it to a garage

Replace your PCV valve, they go bad all the time and when they do it makes a mess anytime you get into boost because it allows the crank case/valve cover to become pressurized and force oil out of your cap. It can also blow the dipstick up about 3 inches and shoot oil from there as well.

Every time mine has done this (about 7 times in 10 years) it's alwasy been the PCV valve. I found that stock replacement oil cap gaskets rarely seal very well so i started making some out of thick gasket paper and putting it on top of the stock oil cap gasket for added safety agains't blowing oil.

As for your white smoke. Do a compression and leakdown test. These will tell you if a cylinder is leaking from some where.

ok that getting me some were cause my dipstick is poping out my brother decided to clamp it shut though LOL not fixing it so this is already helping me out i love this site

Cool, get a couple new PCV's while you're at the store. I've bought brand new ones that didn't work, so now i always buy 2 at a time. In case you don't know where it is. It's on the back of teh valve coverwith a small hose that loops down to the intake manifold. Its on the eft side if you're looking at hte engine from the front of the car. It takes a 14mm wrench to get it off, but sometimes i've gotten ones that are slightly bigger so i had to use a 9/16ths wrench.

Also check to see if you have any cracks on your valve cover which i doubt but it happens on 1g much. If its all good then don't worry, but for extra insurance id just replace the complete gasket set for once along with the already-mentioned pcv valve. Also change your oil if you havent so and oil filter along with a boost leak test and compression test. Can't think of anything else more. Let us know how it goes. Good luck :dsm:

when my friend and i were putting new spark plugs and valve cover gasket he cracked it so i will change the valve cover i have one in my garage

There ya go, change that and when you feel like it wont tighten no more you STOP. They are very fragile. Let us know how it goes.

ok i will but i have to wait till it gets flat beded cause it wont run and is in the walmart parking lot right now :/

yea getting towed is gunna suck but i might just have a garage do it any way cause for some reason my mom said she would pay for every thing :thumb: thats good for me

Do you know what's wrong making you have to tow it? If it's something minor id just fix it in their lot. Springs time is here so working outside shouldn't be an issue.. but being in new england area you're probably still getting cold blasts off the ocean
