I have a stock 92 talon awd, my question is my 14b killed itself and the only turbo i could find decent was a T-25 i had bought back off a friend. I noticed hat the oil drain pipe to the oil pan has diferent fitting that dont bolt up (turbo 2 drain line) what do i need to make that work? The turbo came off a 95 talon awd so do i need the oil return line off that car or go after maket and get a drain line.

either a 2g or aftermarket will work - you also should be able to file the holes so the bolts will line up.

And bolt to the 1g oil pan with no probs? file the holes bigger or put it on a bench and drill the holes bigger?

Use a round file or dremel and elongate the holes closer to the tube itself. And yes, the 2g line will bolt to the 1g oil pan just fine, no alignment or bolt issues to worry about.
