Oil coming out the exhaust

Just picked up a 94 Eclipse (non-turbo) for my son. It has 169k miles and runs pretty good. I just gave it a quick tune up(plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, PCV valve, oil and filter, cleaned out throttle body). Anyways, it has oil coming out of the exhaust while running. What exactly does this mean?

Are you sure its oil and not a combination of condensation and soot?

Did it have oil coming out of the exhaust before you did the tuneup? And are you saying that there is oil dripping out of the exhaust after it's been running for a bit?

It had oil coming out when we bought it(before tune up) and the oil comes out while its running.
