No reason for anyone to get upset. Now that I'm here everyone can be taught how cars work and get their Super Bowl picks as well (Rams BTW, always the Rams). The OP was at the very least miswording his ideas. You obviously can't turn off boost, although, I have heard of a lot of Honduh kids who have that ability (eyes roll). Boost is really just a description of resistance. More boost equals more pressure/resistance. The turbo is always spinning but is it spinning fast enough to create positive pressure in the intake system? Anyways, I thought I'd bring that up.
