Well i have a 90 laser and just finished getting a Quaife (QFE-QDH8B) LSD installed. When i went to put in my axles, they just slipped all the way in and didn't snap\clip into the transmission. I knew when i put the axle into the tranny they had the circlip on them so i figured maybe since i have a AWD front diff in a FWD tranny, that i may need different clips. I picked up both FWD axle clips and AWD front axle clips just in case. Well to my surprise when i went to put on the new axle clips it appears that the aftermarket (autozone\advance) axles have smaller clips and the notch for the clips is smaller also. I had to file the notch on the axle in order to fit the OEM axle clip in it. Is there anyone else who had this problem with the OEM axle clip and aftermarket Axles? I have the passenger side in so far and i still have to file the driver side some more tomorrow.

EDIT: i have both axle in there and it is ok now. I used the MB160387 clip
