OEM 4g63 non turbo has oil squirters

I bought a euro 1g 4g63 6 bolt Eclipse FWD non turbo for donor and when I removed the oil pan from the engine I saw something very strange, oil squirters. And the car is Non turbo original engine.1992/4

Did anybody else have a similar case? Maybe only for Europe?

Another thing is that oil console is with oil cooling hoses for an air cooled radiator
