Odd problem 2g AWD TSI

When I first start the car it will start and then immediately die. If I start it again it will start but if you try to give it gas it will bog down and stutter and wont rev. If you let it run for a while it will begin to run better and better and after a few minutes it will run and drive great. If you turn it off after it begins to run right it will start right up with no problems what so ever. Then the next day when I start it up its starts doing the same thing all over again.

Also the car is getting horrible gas mileage. I filled up the car when I bought it and got the AFC set decently still not sure if it is correct and have put 30 miles on the car total and now the gas gauge is sitting on 1/2 a tank.

did ya pull the plugs and try to get some sort of 'reading' from them ?
