Odd Idle

Just recently my car has began to idle odd. It idles around 1k when i first start it up, but the more it runs the higher it idles.. at times it idles at a bit over 3k... which is never good. I think it might be my idle air control motor.. not really sure.. what do you guys think?

What year DSM do you have? If it's a 1g then that's what mine did before I replaced it. Then it worked fine after I replaced that.
