Obd1 laptop plug

I have a 90 eclipse gsx, and I am trying to tune with TMO. I know you can make your own plug that plugs into the obd1 harness but i cant find any direction on how to do it. if anyone knows anything on how to hack your own plug it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

DO NOT MAKE your own plug homie there is a elm box you must get or else you could fri your ECU or PC the elm box reduces the voltage in and out of the odb1, just order a cable bro there mad cheap
