So I can't get my OBD-2 to connect. I had a check engine light on and I knew it was from my transmission. So anyways I wanted to check the codes just to make sure I don't have any new codes, ### I'm getting bad gas so I'm thinking a O2. Well went to Autozone and tried for 10 mins to get the thing to connect. It couldn't connect at all to the OBD-2

Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem, using my 2g pocketlogger it gave me 2 strange codes....I pulled the pocketlogger cable off and tried one of those orange obd-2 scan tools and it wont power up (I assume it gets its power from the obd-2 plug....because I hooked it up to my truck and it turns on....I know Ford trucks obd-2 is connected into the cig. lighter fuse....)

If anyone knows where the power comes from for the obd-2 that wont cause it to connect please chime in....
