Ok, i'm using this picture to see that one black wire is sheilded and one black wire is not.
I have the shielded black wire sitting next to my ecu cut by the previous owner. I need to know where on the ecu this wire is supposed to be connected to.

are you sure the cut wire at the ECU is for the oxygen sensor? I'm reading the electrical diagram and from what it shows that the two blacks are supposed to be grounded the red is supposed to go to the ECU at pin 62 evap purge sol. and the white goes to the ECU at pin 4 oxygen sensor.

the black grounds probably hook into one of the sensor grounds off of the ECU

It was a shielded Black and white wire, no other wires on the car are shielded. The white was cut and the black was cut. The O2 wire on the ecu side was white and missing a wire. Put two and two together.
