So, a simple job of replacing the O2 sensor up by the engine has turned into a nightmare. I have a '95 Eagle Talon TSi fwd, and NO ONE, not even the dealership, can give me the same sensor that is on my car. I even gave the dealership the VIN, and I still get the same one that Autozone and O'Reilly gives me, which isn't the same one that is on the car.
The O2 Sensor on my car has 2 black wires, 1 white wire and 1 blue wire. It is connected to the car where it has 1 red wire, 1 yellow wire, 1 black wire and 1 white wire. Every O2 Sensor I try to buy has 2 white wires, 1 black wire and 1 gray wire.
I assume that whoever owned the car before me did some crazy mod there and it is wrong. I don't have a problem splicing the correct O2 Sensor into the car, but I need to know which colors on the O2 Sensor go to which colors on the car. Will someone please look at there's and let me know which colors go with which?

i had the same problem finding the correct one. after going through autozone, carquest, etc... it finally cost me $110 from the dealership. i can get you a mitsubishi part number if you wish. perhaps you could order one then.
, no, not really... unless you went out and put a wideband in, that little light on the gauge just plays pong with itslelf
