o2 Sensor irregular readings

Hey my friends has a 1992 talon that i am tuning for him. i am starting to get confused about his o2 sensor voltage. I know the o2 sensor should cycle up and down, but his cycles randomly. it will go all the way up then all the down then half way up and back down in the log. I will post a log once my friend remembers to send it to me.

It the o2 sensor is no longer cycling up and down or extremely slowly when cycling, slowly as it it take longer to cycle up and down than normal, you o2 sensor is failing.

Seems like a sure sign of o2 failure from what I can tell. take it out and check the condition of the o2 sensor.

O ya I just I forgot to say that it has a brand new o2 sensor.
