Just got my engine back from machine shop and trying to get this thing tuned but the idle and air/fuel seems to be inconsistent.

I took a long log driving around doing various light pulls as engine only has about 60 miles on it now since the rebuild. One of the main issues I seem to be having is car seems to be not going into closed loop. Temp was about around 213 at the highest. O2 sensor seems to fluctuate from 0-.45 volts at the highest even during driving. O2 Heater mainly stayed at 1 but did cycle 4 times to 0. I am using the stock O2 sensor.

The LC1 wideband you may see in my log is hooked to O2 sensor location at the ecu for rear O2. Not sure if this is normal for an O2 sensor or if my fuel trims air/fuel is so far off its causing it to act up.

I did see the car go into closed loop yesterday but I didn't capture a log that time. Global fuel is set to 62.9 deadtime 460.

I can't figure out how to upload log to here.
