O2 not oscillating on cold/hard start

when i got to cold start in mornings my car just cuts off if i dont give it a little gas just got dsm link with street tune and when it does this its runnin really lean like 17.0 on my wideband but as soon as i give it gas my o2 starts oscillating and it idles fine here is a log of what it does and it does the same thing in open loop

Your o2 will only oscillate in closed loop. It takes a few seconds for the front o2 to warm up to start oscillating in closed loop. Your airflow settings may need some tweeking. v3mafadjcombft [ECMTuning - wiki]
