O2 Housing to Downpipe Gasket BLOWN OUT, what gasket to get??

I have a PR O2 housing, and the PR 3" downpipe. I believe it came with just a universal 2.5" gasket. Gasket has 2 metal portions on the outside and some gasket material on the inside. I've been noticing the putputputput and loud raunchy sound when I step on it, I KNEW it was an exhaust leak (I'm running open DP so I knew it was from the O2 housing). I started the car and heard a faint exhaust leak noise, felt around everywhere and felt exhaust coming from right where the O2 housing and downpipe meet.

Took the O2 housing and downpipe completely off and TO MY SURPRISE, ALL of the gasket material is gone and the 2 metal pieces remain. Question is, can I get this gasket at Autozone or somewhere? I need one TODAY

Check Autozone and ebay. I belive theres gasket material available and you can just cut out the piece you need. idk, call them up.

Copper RTV. I use that on everything except for the head to manifold. There was a thread awhile ago on here but i can't seem to find it.

Copper Spray Gasket, I use it on almost everything.

+1 we use gasket material and cut out our own gaskets.

I ended up going to Schucks and Autozone both...they do not sell just universal flange gaskets WHICH is ridiculous! So dude went to the back and found the closest thing that would match and it was from an 86 Mercury, for the catalytic converter. So I bought it. It was 2.25" so I wallowed the inside out with a dremel (couldnt cut because the metal between the gasket material) And then sprayed it with copper spray and tightened that mf down. Its holding up, no exhaust leaks yet. The O2 to turbo was being a bi*** though. The gasket kept moving so I couldnt bolt it down and finally got it after 20 minutes. Never again! (hopefully)

There's one I get from the parts stores that is 2.5" and you just have to elongate the bolt hole and it works perfect and under $5. I forget the exact application, but think its off of like a 78-80something Ford truck. Just ask the guy to go behind the counter and match it up.
You could order one up from one of the supporting vendors as well.

Yea the one I got, I had to elongate the bolt holes as well. But it's working now. If it decides to take a dump like the other one then I will order some universal ones from a vendor.
