ok so, im trying to get rid of a small exhaust leak that I have, and bought the gasket, and two new bolts from the dealer to make sure there were right... I have a 3in downpipe and stock O2 housing, and the gasker will not seal the hole!!...if i buy two gaskets, will that be thick enough, and will it actually be a good seal? or is there any other option I have to get rid of the leak...

its clamped down as tightas it will go, but when you look at it there is still obviously room for it to camp down, i tried to retighten, but it would turn anymore, so idk what the deal is, anyone else ever had this problem????

I had to use two felpro gaskets to get a proper seal on my three inch dp but just one metal gasket for the o2 housing and it did the trick.

well i took a closer look at it yesterday, and it the gasket i jsut put on there like a WEEK ago, that i got from the dealer, its metal on the outside, and there ther is material in the middle, the materail in the middle is completely gone on half of it... and its like pooker said with his dp, whcich is where this is, dp/o2sensor housing connection...seems like if i would use two gaskets it might seal so im gonna try that, but any clue on why the gasket i just put on there has already been eaten through?...only lasting one week is pretty sad...

Ill try to check and see if the flange is awarped at all here in a week or so, once my brother gets me the title to my new daily driver. so i can park this mother for now.. haha

with this specific exhaust leak, does it make a high pitched chirping noise while you accelerate? because i didnt change that gasket when i got my downpipe and right after i installed it it made the weird noise.
