So i want my rear o2 gone my car is running way to rich. It puffs out black smoke when i hit boost. I get terrible gas milage. You can smell the gas coming from my exhaust. I have 3 inch piping no cat. So should i go with the Perrin from Slow Boy or the VFAQ way? Wich way is easier? Is the VFAQ cheaper?

Your rear o2 has nothing to do with your car running rich. The only job the rear o2 has is to tell you if your cat is working or not.

well theres about 1 million and 37 reasons why it could be running rich. Tell us somemore things your car does. Do compression check, are you running an atmospheric BOV?

Do you have a boost gauge, If so are you spiking?

Boost leak test? No on the atmospheric BOV, and i do have a boost guage and it's not spiking.

well if you havnt done a boost leak test, the go ahead, I doubt thats why your running rich though.
