O2 dump tube connection

I'm buying parts to install a holset h1e. So far, I have a tial wg, and turbonetics manifold. I was looking into the o2 dump tube but one of the connection side I dont know where it bolt on. The part I'm confuss on has two piping the other side looks like the same connection as the wastegate does it connect to the wastegate and where does the other connection bolt on to.

Can you post up some pictures? With your bad grammar I'm having a hard time following you. Some pics with a better description of what you're after and I'm sure we can get it figured out.

A dump tube does what it says, dumps.
One end bolts to your wastegate and the other dumps the exhaust gases out some where (engine bay, under the car, out the bumper, etc).
