N/T EPROM ECUs existed so you wouldn't need to "EPROM" anything. The trouble is trying to find one. Definitely talk with ECMtuning if you want one badly enough to see what they can do for you.

I believe ECMTuning wil EPROM your ECU for a charge now... If you are looking link, search classifields for a used combo (ECU and DSMLink).

I have already spoke to them about this. They were helpful so I'm sure they will answer any questions you ask. They informed me that they can do it, they solder in a sister board that the eprom chip attaches to. The only issues come in after that fact. One is that there is very few people that have n/t cars with ecmtunings product wich means your on your own when it comes to tables for fuel, spark. And in the long run if your looking to put any forced induction on it or high compression you will want a knock sensor and they CANNOT make an n/t ecu support a knock sensor. I would suggest looking into mega squirt for the reason I'm told they have easy to manipulate tables in the free tuning program they give you which you should be able to mimic the stock tables and work from there for better performance
