I have searched for this answer with no luck. I sold an automatic transmission out of a 92 talon tsi. He is putting it in an automatic 92 talon non-turbo. Well the shop that was going to put it in for him has been giving him the run around. When he took it to the shop they never even took it out of the car and said it wont bolt up. Everybody else that we talk to says it will, even advanced auto and autozone. So they finally say they will try, then they come back with it wont fit in the engine bay there is no room its to big. So I talk to my transmission guy and he said it will he has done it and offered to go to the other shop and show them because it is tight but it will fit. He goes over to the shop and the shop has closed. So the next day the shop said they got the transmission in but the torque converter off of the non-turbo transmission is wrong, they need a torque converter and a flywheel(flexplate). Now my questions are what is needed to make this swap happen?
