I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for showing up. The turnout was good and the cruise afterwards was awesome!! (Don't ask me how I ended up in Tacoma...?) BTW... who invited those crazy Suburu guys... they're nuts!?!

Yeah all in all it was a good meet.
I'm not much for racing around and ripping on it in city streets (freeway pulls are a little better) but still not the smartest thing.
It was nice to see all the DSMs out there make it.
The guy with the white Subaru pissed me off in the beginning then he cooled down a bit so I guess I'll say the more the marrier now (note -- I changed my mind)
If I were to bring a friend with a different car, I would just tell them to follow around and leave the DSM guys to have most of the fun, it felt more like they were there to show up the DSM crowd IMO.
Thats alright, as soon as I was in top end I started to play a decent catch up game. Only had a half car ahead of me, with my car running like ass and puking out every pull and a MAJOR oil leak that I didnt know until I was near tacoma.
And where the hell did everyone go?
I was left with the 2 scoobies at the end??
Rumor has it someone has footage?

Ya, I didn't like the racing around town too much. I had no idea where I was either and then I saw the capital and realized I was coming up on Tumwater so I got off their and went the other direction back home. But it was still fun. When Pacific raceways opens back up we should have a meet their on a test and tune day or something... Or even Renegade or something.

Did you ever check out under the hood of the Mirage?? He's rockin' a 16g hybrid (18g) and was boostin only at like 15 lbs.... 20 with the creep.

Me and my friends in the Mirage followed you down all the way to the Tacoma Dome before we turned back around met up with Nate and Jack.

All in all... it was a blast, I just wish I would've had a co-pilot to check my blind spots.

Yes that mirage was awsome. My Dejon lower intercooler pipe came today and I installed it on my lunch break... Damn what a difference getting rid of a boost leak makes feels like a whole new car. DsmZak's Black 1g looked like it was keeping right up with the subarus from where Nate and I were behind. You guys raced past the highway 18 exit off I-5 the plan was to get off at 18 and go through Enumclaw. Oh well though. I hate it when STi guys think they're cool for smashing on people with cars that aren't factory race tuned. If our DSMs came stock with those big ass turbos and a hopped up tune we'd run like raped apes too off the showroom floor. I'll bow down to a Subi when I see one break Shep's record

what did the subi's have done to there cars exhaust and intakes??? ya cause i got a friends that have sti's and they give me shit for owning a dsm product. only cause they say im always fixing something on my gsx. plus my car didnt come with 293whp and also not a subi. i say screw subi's. i'll take dsm over a subi any day.

Ha ha. I'm not quite sure what the Subarus were running. The white one was blowing off really hard even louder than most stock STis I've heard venting he was probably boosting a little more than stock. And he liked to throw fireballs out his exhaust Word on the streets is that makes um REALLY fast

i dont no the guy with the black one very well but the white one is just a wrx and he has an exhaust,intake.front mount and yes he has a RFL on it he is tuned he boosts is set for 19psi on the stock turbo i think that it is ok.i rather have a dsm tho.

No, my car was sputtering and just puking out at WOT for some reason. I dont know what it does it on 13 pounds on a full EvoIII setup. I thought I was hitting fuel cut over the summer so I threw in the IX fuel pump, and it still didn't fix my issue. I need to log it. I havn't done that in a while -- a small part in my head is telling mean I'm NOT knocking at 13psi -- spiking to 15. I still need to fix it. Along with finding my oil leak somewhere on the front case side, I need to figure out why my car is binding up and rear tires are skipping/hopping/dragging when turning hard one way.

I've decided to just do Evo 560s and an AFC for now until next summer.
Then I'll shell out for DSMlink

I know, I had no idea where we were goin. I got way away from the crowd and ended up doing 40 to let you guys catch up but everyone seemed to still follow me, and I was wondering if we had a destination. I just started off the scoobie whoring frenzy after the guy with the white oe walked into Zoopa calling me out acting like a hardass.
Yeah I kept up with them, I jumped on them in 3rd, but by 5KRPM they would start pulling, I'd grab 4th and the the pull would nearly stop, but 100+ I started to play catch up. I have a hunch a 60mph to 130 I would eat em

When I was stuck with the 2 scoobies after we lost you guys, I asked him what he had. All he told me was an exhaust and intercooler along witht he bortex wheels and T1Rs that me and him were matching To me his BOV sounded like a vented PERRIN bov. RFLs don't sound exactly like that. Let alone he had a perrin performance sticker on the sideskirt behind the front tires.
The black one had an aftermarket clutch and he was saying somthing like he was on a shitty tune so he wasnt stock.

Was oping to see a familiar face out there. My car has changed since that guy with the red 1ga raced me in kent that one time (newturbotuner) and kicked my ass. Hopfully me and you will be able to hand a few scoobies there ass side by side, that would be original!

when he got the car it was stoke other then the rims and lowered a lil the stickers were on it i think the guy that had it before him had stuff dun to it that is what world one said anyways.yeah i it sounded like you car was not running right when you when by i hope it is not that bad.
