i rebuilt my 4g63 7 bolt and had some complications but nothing to major. now where i made a mistake. i put full syn oil in it first start up. drove the car over 200 miles. found out tht your supose to put just regular engine weight non syn on first start up. also burns oil? noticed blue smoke from exhaust. did i happen to damage any thing? or maybe a mechanical error i have made in rebuild process. or is it cause of just the simple mistake with full syn oil?

Need to get that syn oil out of there asap and put just regular 10w30 oil in and give the motor some boost before its to late if its not already!! Motors probly smokin due tp rings havent seated and it maybe to late for them to seat already. But worth a shot.

Giving motor boost will increase cylinder pressure and help seat rings.
