Not sure what the oil pan mounts up to

I have an oil leaking coming out out what every the oil pan mounts up to its silver the part and is like chiped on the corner of it leaks oil non stop not sure I have been looking in my chilton and hansen manuals but can not seem to find the part it right next to the oil filter and oil sending unit oh my car is a eclipse nt 98 if you could help me out thanks
