Not so Noob question

Hey guys, im a newbie from Rhode Island and I have a pretty complex project id like to research. Any help on this subject would be greatly helpful.


I would like to take an srt4 motor, build it up to a good amount of power, try to keep a budget, and stuff it in a 2g NT eclipse.

If anyone has any history of the engines, or basically any feedback at all, please let me know. I have a friend of mine willing to sell me a stock srt4 motor for dirt cheap. I want all the info i can possibly get.

Anyways it's been done before but the completion was not documented or it never reached final completion. There's a thread with pics around here somewhere.

Not to be rude, but what advantages does the SRT4 motor have to the eclipse motor?

None at all. But its something different. I have been doing research all day...well, since ive been home from work, and ive created a build list. I posted it up if you guys want to look it over and give some advice.

yea dont do t, be too much of a hassle, just build the engine you already have
