I have had NOS on my 420a since I bought it in 1998 I took very good care of the car and the NOS always worked well!
I now put a turbo on the car and I love it but it has a bit of turbo lag till about 3000-3500rmp then the turbo kicks in! ROFL

So my question is ...Is it bad to use like a 50 shot of NOS to spool the turbo up?

Now I still run stock internals

I mean I wouldnt hit the NOS all the time but if there was some ass wipe next to me that needed taken care I would like to use it. I used to use the NOS all the time at lower speeds. and sometimes off the line:nono: so I figure I could use it to spool up the turbo then cut it off at 3000 rpm....Is this just crazy for stock internals? I'm only running 7 or 8 psi

I would say you should use whatever tuning tool you have (hopefully a standalone or something of the sort) to tell you what you can do. All motors react differently to certain modifications. The only true way to tell is to use your tools.

98evoIIpwr is correct. You need to use a wideband to findout how your car reacts. Chances are you are going to need more fuel for running nitrous as well as turbo.

Before you use your 50 shot of nitrous, try doing a few other things to make your turbo spool up faster.

Test pipe, and full 3" exhaust will help alot. Bigger Throttlebody as well.

Also consider using your nitrous as an intercooler sprayer setup instead.

Nitrous express sells their kit with just the intercooler sprayer bar and solinoid.

Last but not least, Please refrain from calling Nitrous NOS unless you are using a N=O=S system. Their a lot of different companies out there that make nitrous kits and well the term NOS is a brand of nitrous, not a shortform, at least on this forum.

Good luck and let us know what you end up doing.

And pay the asswipe next to you at the light no mind. When you street race, you're both asswipes and the cops pay even more attention to the rest of us. Thank you.

Well I normally dont street race thanks! But I get alot of assholes in shity mustangs revin at me so its gunna happen sooner or later!
Anyway cops by me In clevland aren't homos....I mean come on LIKE YOU NEVER GO FAST ON THE STREETS !!!! and if you dont then i would suggest geting a ford fiesta :thumb:

and my " NITROUS" is a wet system It has its own fuel injector for fuel delivery so I dont see why I would need anymore fuel than that....What do you mean use it as a cooler??? for the intercooler? how do I do that? do I just spray in on the intercooler?

I fail to see a valid point through all the n00b questions and mentions of street racing.
