Normal Lifter Tick?

2 videos i quickly made of what I hope is lifter tick and nothing else.
Some days the sound is louder others its non existent, comes and goes as it pleases.

Yea lifter tick,install some 3g revised lifters it will go away.

Okay I will add Engine Restore before my next oil change.
Later down the road I will get some 3g lifters.
I guess lifter tick would make the ECU see knock?
