Did the 1998 GSX come with an option to have the turbo wing or to choose the 'flat' wing?

I belive all gsx 97-99 come with turbo wing stock.

All of them came with it, So did the oz edition, Which was a 99 I believe, I may be wrong on that though.

ALL 2ga's (95-96) Eclipses have the low 3-piece spoiler. The non-turbo 2gb Eclipses (97-99) have the low 3-piece spoiler too, and the 97-99 turbos have the high turbo spoiler.

97-99 GS-t and GSX were only cars with the "high rise 1 peice turbo spolier" and the 99 anniversary GS OZ rally edition

the high rise spoiler was an option for non turbos of 97-99, as was the turbo rims..or at least thats what i thought..

Correct. My buddy's parents bought a n/t RS back in 96 (97 model year) and they ordered the optional wheels and wing.
