Noises Noises And More Noises

Here lately my 98 Eclipse Spyder GST has been driving me insane with noises.

One of the worst is a noise coming from the front, more so from the front left it seems like to me (sitting in the drivers seat OFC). It is like a squeak or groan. I noticed it most at low speeds and bumps. Rail road tracks are bad for this one. Taking offer and low speed turns too.

The second noise is a rattle of some sort in the cab. It seems to be coming from the passenger side floor board. I know I'm being very vague but I haven't had time to look into it more. I only hear it when I'm driving down the road at high speeds. It seems to go away when I push the clutch it (I think).

I have others but I think I have diagnosed all these but without someone car savvy to ride with me or stand outside the car I'm kinda screwed for help. If there is anything I can do to help diagnose something I will. I'm mainly just looking for ideas.

When rubber bushings go out they tend to start squeaking or groan. Check all your suspension bushings and ball joints. One of them might need to be replaced. Also, the clutch being pushed in might indicate a bad motor mount or tranny mount. Your front and rear mounts tend to go bad. Check those. Good luck

Haven't had time to check anything. But I shut my door the other day and I heard the creak. So I pushed on the tire and it did it again. So I'm guessing it is right there somewhere. What would that mean?
