I get this noise that sounds like its coming from underneath the passenger side dash(it sounds like it is, i cant tell for sure) when i put on the gas. It also seems to mimic how much im pushing hte gas down, if im gradually coasting just giving gas to maintain speed, it will spudder in intervals, if i floor it, it becomes a constant sounds. If i dont push the gas, i dont hear anything. Could it be my fuel pump or filteR?

your not being specific enough for me. turbo spooling maybe? im not trying to be a jerk or anything LOL. maybe your transmission is whining? what does it sound like exactly?

it sounds like a liquid being pushed via a pump, hence why i figured it might be a fuel related. I know what a turbo spool sounds like as well as the engine, its not coming from anywhere in the engine bay. it sounds distinct inside the car, and like i said underneath the pass. side dash. the interval at which it "spudders" decrease as i push on the gas more, also why i think fuel related.

I'd get someone to help you- they push down the gas, you start poking around to tell exactly where the noise is coming from. Maybe it's a boot leak? But until you have more specific information, who knows.
