Noise from Rebuilt Head

I just got my head rebuilt and when I started it up after I put it back on, it made this loud noise. It doesn't make the noise during idle only when I rev it. I got a stock rebuild from a local shop and I put in new 3rd gen lifters also. Any ideas on whats wrong?

check your timing marks, and does it sound like a valve tick

Wow that's a foul noise... don't even know in what way to direct you, what I would do is if it's defenatly coming from the head and the car is okay to drive at all, take the car to the shop where you had the head re-built.
