no start unless gas puched, low rpm idle!!!

So my car wont start sometimes unless i push on the gas. It cranks and everything just wont stay started. When i get it goin and come to a stop my rpms are at like 700-750 when they should be 900. I cleaned the throttle body out it was all gunked up and it fixed the problem for like a month. Now its doing it again. sometimes it'll even just die at the stop light. Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter are all good. Any ideas why this is happening to me??

try cleaning/swapping out the map sensor. Sometimes it wont throw a code. it took mine 3 weeks to finally get a code.
