I have recently completed assembling the upper half of my motor. In the process I have replaced the Coil, transistor, wires, plugs, and have checked the ECU to ensure it is in working condition. I still have no spark. Is there any other things that I may be missing?? could it be any possible bad sensors, please help. Thanks.

Well, using my psychic ability, I would venture possible a bad Cam Angle Sensor.

The 90 is different than the 91 up because it has the wire made onto the CAS. The newer ones have a plugin on the CAS. Although I guess a harness could be modified.

Check your CAS with a scope if you have access to it to see if it's throwing a pattern, if not, find someone who will let you borrow one and try it. Make sure it's a known good component because if it too is bad you will really scratch your head.

Good Luck

a lot of the time the wires coming out of the cas are very brittle and tend to crack/break off. check these wires. i am 95% sure that it is your cas. if it is not the wires, then it is the entire cas. check the wires though b/c it may be a simple fix.
