Whoa whoa whoa, that return line is way too small!! I'm almost positive that's what's causing the problem. You can see the oil is forcing itself passed the teflon tape/paste in turn causing the same effect that a kinked return line would cause. I'm suprised your "mechanic" looked passed that..The return line should be the size of the outlet on the flange you have bolted, there should be no reducers at all. Get that fixed and I would guess you would be ok...I can't honestly say whether or not those seals will be good or not after that much oil has forced itself passed. I'll keep my fingers crossed though since it happened in such a short period of time.

For the time being, you can go to Autozone and get some heater hose for the return line. That's what I'm using and have had 0 problems so far. Mine is 3/4" in diameter. The return line you have right now is 1/4".

Goodluck.

ok so i got all bigger fittings and lines, gonna get her all in and fire her up again. i pray that i didnt blow my seals on the turbo ### i know the fittings i have now are well big enough!

Good to hear! Hopefully you cleaned those pipes off good. If not when you boost expect alittle smoke from the pressurized air forcing some of that left over oil into the intake.

Seriously now, pics!!

ok guys couple things, are u supposed to leave the hole open on the map sensor?i think there is a vacum somewhere open ### my car wants to die sometimes.
and what type of power steering fluid do i use,not getting power streering for some reason.

Do you have a belt on the power steering pulley? What do you mean hole on map sensor...are you referring to missing link or fcd, if so they are not necessary since you have a 95.

...not too shabby :thumb:

Now get us some track times and dyno #'s :rocks:

the metal peice on the end of intake manifold, has hole in it do i leave it, and yes power steering belt on maybe just air in there it will come out sometime i guess, dosent matter what fluid u use though

umm...if you have a whole in your intake manifold, then yes that equals a vacuum leak. Can you get a close-up pic? I don't even use power steering, so you might wanna get some help from someone else on that one hehe.

As for missing link, there should be a filter in the hole. It will reduce the amount of air being sucked in during vacuum. Unfortunantly I've heard mostly bad things about Missing link and the filter, many people have problems with it. Fortunantly for you, as Xmasta stated you have a 95, and in your pictures you can see you have the 1 plug ECU which again means you don't need it.

so the 95 dont need the Missing Link MAP Bypass Valve? (silver thing that goes to end of manifold)

NO, you don't need it hehe. From the sounds of it you're using one, just take it off.
