ok so almost got her started, im just not getting any spark! anyone have an ideas?

What have you checked so far? Plugs and wires working? Coil working? Coil plugged in? ASD relay working?

Check the ASD relay.

I circled where the fuel pump and ASD relays are located in this pic, it's sort of far away though. They're side by side, left one is ASD(automatic shut down)

How did you figure out you're getting no power to the coil?

those plugs should be plugged in. thats most likely your problem. CRANK SENSOR is possibly one of them.

Your ASD relay activity is normal if your checking with key on.

I definitely agree with Terry. Crank sensor. If you're under the car looking at the block it's on the lower right.

The other plugs on the back of the block are the Oil sensor switch(far left) and Knock sensor(middle when including the Crank sensor).

Oil switch is a few inches long, the knock sensor is about 1".

I'm confused..In your previous post you meantioned 2 plugs, asking whether or not they should be open?

You mean there are plugs connected to the wiring harness that aren't in any sensor(that look like they should be)?

That said, if the crank sensor were unhooked it would cause power to be cut off to the coil pack. Just saying for clairification, I know you're is hooked up.

As for the plugs you're talking about, why don't you take a picture of them for us, that way we can help you out alittle better, rather than randomly guessing what they could be.

ya true i will see if i can take a pic tomorrow, but i know i have all the plugs on the back of the block hooked up, there are plugs that go no where on our harness i know for a fact.

does the coil pack take 12 volts?just need to find why its not getting power. gotta be a plug or something on the harness, what about if the cam and crank sensor is kinda screwed, should spark still right? like the first turn over i get power and thats it, like its grounding out or something

well great another problem! runs awesome but... i think the seals in the turbo are gone ### im burning crazy oil like alot!! coming from the motor going through the turbo and hitting the exahust! is it possible i could have the oil feed and oil drain upside wrong? dont think so and if it is the seals which i think it is is it expensive to get fixed?

I'm positive you don't have the feed line hooked up at the drain port. Look at the return line and see if it has a kink in it anywhere, that can cause the oil to back up and force itself past the seals, if that's the case assuming it wasn't running long once the kink is fixed the turbo should be fine. Make sure the return port is facing down so gravity can do it's job in returning the oil. Check your intercooler pipes for oil, but if you just put this motor in and had the turbo on the stock 420a, I doubt it's the turbo. Unless it was showing symptoms of a short life.(smoking)

well the return drain line is fine and not kinked forsure!this is a bran new motor and turbo kit. i had my mechanic come over and he thinks its the seals. what else could it be its got oil all in the intake piping.i went through 4 litres of oil in like 3 mins of it running! just hard to believe ### new turbo.

here are some pics, i might have the feed and return wrong? or its the turbo seals
