2G No spark 1 and 4. Dash lights stay on without key

Hey everyone. I am having a problem figuring out why I do not have spark on 1 and 4. I just put a new css and cps on this 96 fwd turbo along with changing out coil packs and PTU and I did a basic spark test and im not getting spark on 1 and 4. I also put in a copy of link with a different ecu laying around to see if I could get any DTCs but im only getting the one for the MDP sensor and EGR which would not affect this. I cant seem to find what the issue is.

Some back ground info on the car. I picked it up not running and fixed the broken fuel line on it and drove it for 2 weeks and then took all the go fast parts off the PO had installed. SMIM, 3062, link v3, and pretty much everything I could make money off of and put it back to stock. It is a stock 7 bolt but the weird thing is they put a 1g CAS on the end of the head so I decided to put the stock sensors on and Now im not getting spark on 1 and 4. It ran fine before I removed all the mods then I started it with the 1g CAS and it ran horrible and now it will not really even run at all. Ideas? Im going to check the wiring to various places but im about out of ideas.

If it is a 7 bolt head and they used a 1g cas, the plug on the cas is it wired in to crank and cam sensor wires?
You can either keep it with 1g cas method http://magnusmotorsports.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/1gina2g.pdf or block off head and use stock 95-96 setup.

Well thats what I did. I went back to the stock set up with the cam and crank sensor plugged in. I went and bought new ones from advanced auto and it still has no spark on 1 and 4

so 1g cas removed, and cam sensor installed behind intake cam gear etc. right? Were the spark plug wires swapped 1&4 with 2&3.. If they were route them back to original..

On the 6 bolt cps harness I have from left to right. White (I think) black, red, black. Its not like the magnus diagram and I cleaned the wires to make sure one wasnt black just for the hell of it.

Yes I put the stock cam sensor behind the cam and the stock crank sensor where it goes and I put the firing order back to 4123. I still dont have spark on 1 and 4. I can pull the coils off and stick a spark plug in and im not getting any spark on either.
