no rear o2 signal

So I am trying to pass emissions. I put in a new walker rear o2 sensor, oem style, in the rear o2. I am getting 0 or almost 0 reading from it in evoscan. Also, after driving for a bit, I get a CEL saying there is a voltage problem. I have tried 2 o2 sensors with the same issue. I also checked the wiring from the sensor harness to the ECU and it looks perfect. I am not sure on what else to check...Any suggestions?

1. How did you check the wires? Continuity? Looking? Colors?

I'm a moron. Rear o2 was still turned off in ECUFlash . Thanks anyway!
